• Irregular schedules and minimum days will be accounted for at no extra charge.
• Most schools will have a consistent regular driver - except for the occasion that many schools are on irregular schedules.
• Drivers will pick up students from the valent line - TK/Kinder students will be picked up directly from their gates
• Push alarms will be sent to each parent indicating safe pick up.
• Students arriving at the facility are picked up by E-Plex staff from the parking location

From E-Plex02

• Parents or authorized guardians can pick up their child from our afterschool program at the designated pickup area.
• Upon arrival, parents should check in with our staff and provide identification if required.
• Children will be released only to authorized individuals listed on the pickup list provided by parents during registration.

• We prioritize the safety and well-being of all students in our care.
• Our facility maintains secure entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
• Staff members are trained in emergency procedures, including evacuation and lockdown protocols.
