What age groups does E-PLEX cater to?
We offer programs for children ranging from Transitional Kindergarten to High School.
How can I register for a tour?
You can schedule a tour through the Tour section on our website, email us at eplexbp@gmail.com, or call us at 714-464-8355.
What is the refund policy?
All tuition and registration fees are NON-refundable. A deposit is mandatory to hold your space. When there is no deposit on file, a new registration must be completed with the registration fee. A withdrawal notice is required two weeks before the withdrawal date to be in effect.
Are there any prerequisites for enrollment in certain programs?
Most programs do not have any prerequisites. But some like Math Club or the Edu+ program may have diagnostic tests to ascertain recommended skill levels, which are outlined in the program descriptions.
What qualifications do the instructors have?
Instructors at E-PLEX are carefully selected based on their expertise, experience, and passion for education. They undergo thorough training to deliver high-quality instruction. PRESCHOOL All preschool teachers are fingerprinted and approved to work with students of the preschool age. All Instructors have basic safety and emergency training along with in-depth education in Early Childhood Education.
(AFTER) What is the cancellation policy for programs?
All of our programs from Afterschool to AMS (Academy, Music, Sports) can be disenrolled from at the students choice with a minimum 2 weeks notice.
What is the enrollment process?
PRESCHOOL Once a family has toured our campus and paid the deposit for registration, we will provide a registration packet for the family to fill out. Once filled out with all necessary paperwork, we will assist you one-on-one through the onboarding process. AFTERSCHOOL All of our programs from Afterschool to AMS can be enrolled into starting the next day. We are able to cater parents and students needs without a delay. Some programs may require a later start date due to its progression.
(AFTER) What is the make-up policy?
No make-up or reductions in tuition for any missed group lessons. Private lessons require a 24-hour advance notice to reschedule.
(AFTER) What is included in JUST Afterschool Tuition?
Pick-up from school, Homework help, Test Preparation, Project Assistance, Genius Packets(Review Packet), and Reading Club tests are all included within the Afterschool Tuition rate.
(AFTER) Do we have to be an Afterschool student to enroll in other classes?
No, our AMS (Academy,Arts, Music, Science) courses can be taken even without attending Afterschool.
